This is very interesting. So I can build a blog with basically any niche and then use my cPanel to create a 301 "Moved Permanently" forward to steal the PR of another site?

Maybe "steal" is not the right word.

Any more insight o this would be appreciated. Like try it but want to do it right.

Good Question yes this website make money but not from the website it self (Sell Backlinks - or u can use these links for you)

have 3-5 of these domains with V.high PR link them to your website (niche) target some high keywords + earn money(Adsense)

its short term but make lots of money in short period

or you can sell the website ( Fresh content + High PR) and sell it on flippa

or you can sell links at any market or on Fiverr

and all of these benefits from domain with 5$ or less ( it worth bro )

you have to back in time before he establish the new fake website using ( WAYBACK Machine)

packblog.info high PR will be (0) in next Google PR update its approx ( 4 times /year)
