javascript is used for things like that.
alternatively, if you need to get through on a site like that, disable (tempararily) javascript in your browser, and you will get in.

p.s. what i really meant by this: you can open page code for that page, copy java script from it, and put it into your own page. effect should be the same. you will need to tweak the code to match your needs.
