Whats the very best ecom course or coaching Paid or Free

There are now tons of ecom courses and coaching's out there. I have tested some without success. The problem is testing takes time and money.

Give me your top 3 ecom courses and why.

I want to choose another one soon, paid or free I don't mind up to 1K. I just want something from somebody who is actually doing it and not just theory.

Question : I see bbhf got flooded with e-commerce courses. Considering the investment needed for goods, is E-commerce better than SEO or any other services?
