I was checking out some Fiverr gigs and this gal had some Video Maker FX videos and then I saw a bunch of these type of videos she was selling...

Those are handmade / compacted / templated AE files [lots on various free sites] that you can simply fire up in AE and replace the smart object layers with your
own graphics/text/plugins etc etc..
