Those are handmade / compacted / templated AE files [lots on various free sites] that you can simply fire up in AE and replace the smart object layers with your
own graphics/text/plugins etc etc..

Can you name a few of these free sites please? I have pro membership at flixpress and it is expensive unless you are knocking out a lot of videos a month
