You can translate the video yourself by first recording the translated audio in your own voice and then editing the video to replace the original audio with your recorded one. This can be easily done by using wondershare filmora. I hope it helps.

Check if the YouTube has transcript available. If yes, then you can download the full transcript of the video. Use Google translate to translate the script. Make few changes to fix grammatical errors etc. Once you get the transcript in English, you can either read it yourself or use a good quality AI voice from sites like murf.ai to create the audio.
