3. Complete Your Profile Complete.
4. Give your Description with your website detail
5. Give your website URL
6. Give your Facebook, Twitter Detail
7. Try to Choose Web2.0 Blog address like your site. Like : 1) Getacho.com 2) Getacho.blogspot.com 3) Getacho.wordpress.com 4) Getacho.tumblr.com Etc.
8. Now write unique articles and submit to all bellow sites with unique content.
9. Submit All links to Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Digg, Stumble Upon etc.

I always name my web20's with the main keyword or even the niche i'm targeting. That way my posts are using other keywords which build upon the main keyword that we used for the web20 name. Google is smart and can figure out if LawyersLasVegas (the name of my web20) is related to one of my posts focusing on the keywords Personal Injury Attorney, DUI Attorney, or even words like settlements, convictions, and free consultations. They all tie in to the niche that was created for the site.
