Web Developer and Mobile Application Dev Needed [WTH]

Well I need 2 Advance Web Developer + 1 Mobile Application Developer + 1 Cold Call operator (If Possible) for my new Business. I like to make something like Amazon, ebay but bit different. We have a strong plan and you have to make it Live. Freelancer have to be some Advance skills like PHP, Ruby etc. Country is not fact but you have to be work with English for the communation. I can hire people from Upwork, Guru . com etc but they charged a huge both client and freelancer account. 20% charged everythime in Upwork. That's totally unsuitable for a startup. We will pay you via Escrow Payment so don't worry about the payment. You can get your money via paypal, payoneer etc. Please fill-up this form to get in our touch in short.
