[WTB] Paypal address verification documents
hello
My paypal is limited and it asks me to insert Utility Bill (gas, electricity or water) with my name and address.my account is on France,paris,so the document should be like from that place.I will give you the address and name if anyone found who can do it? I can pay 5$ via payza for this or buy any gig if there is something like that. thanks. |
