Yes, still available. I'm not to sure if the bonus still exists but we replace bonus in products with new ones every once in a while.

As I stated, you have NOT replied to my request for help on you moneymethods website -- you only give standard instructions. I spelled out the error message I keep getting and you still have not corrected the login credentials for the plugin. I just replied to the ticket #124238 on your site.
