Just bought their service 6 days ago. Got zpanel installed and it's running smoothly now.. There was some hiccups at first but George quickly solve the issue for me. And the BEST thing is that all my emails got answered very quickly... even though I am located in South East Asia. Overall, I found that it's a great service and I've not had any issue at all.
