I was sent a review copy a few days ago.

letsbecool sent the card details in a managed format with instruction on using it.
I tried it on hulu.com and it worked without any issues.
I am going to try it at a few other websites; will keep this post updated.

4. DigitalOcean(Do use VPN to create a USA Account)
5. Moz Pro 30 Day Trial

8. Skillshare 3 Months Premium
9. Google Cloud(Updated on 10/10/2017 as working)
