I tried the VCC to buy a membership from a e-education portal, because my previous VCC's were rejected there multiple times. Finally I got success to get the membership with letsbcool's VCC.

Now, I can say that these VCC's work for any site or service, these are considered as CC, not as prepaid cards.

The card can be reloaded on request only. Manually.
Works ANYWHERE.
