To avoid the PVA issue.
You can just create accounts and set the dob to 1998 and you're all good. Gmail will never ask you to PVA it.

And to secure it you can do it manually by subscribing to any newsletter for it to constantly receive emails and just add a secondary email incase of problems for example *main account* that you will link to recover or to unlock your emails.

Fantastic, rather than using any prog for this until and unless anyone needs Massive number of accounts, that above method Works Perfectly well

I dont get it, how can you set dob on 1998? In the proccess of account creation (if doing it manually) Gmail will normaly ask you first for telephone number and then for date of birth?

Only creates USA Gmails and may get at VPS like aws.amazon.com / MAC OS program Wine which lets you have windows apps at mac. :)
