I'm here to post a review after about 2 months running the store created by OP. This long post will be an honest review and my own personal opinion about OP's DFY service.

The store was created using a free theme (in my case it was brooklyn). Design is below average in my opinion. I paid for $349 but got really disappointed with the result. Put some images from aliexpress and there you go, the store is ready to sell. At least that's what you'll think. Well think harder.

Products might be a little old but doesn't mean it couldn't sell. OP sent some youtube links for me to learn more about ecommerce which I think is great but I think this BSO can be made better by telling you guys earlier on that those are what you gonna get by getting this service. Its a half done for you service not a full done for you.

I've ran the ads as per instructed and my fbads account somehow were banned and it was non-negotiable. No clear reason why but I'm guessing its the targeting. However, the fault could also come from me. Now I use an agency to send traffic to the site using the same targeting given by OP and after 1000 clicks in a month time with that targeting, no sales at all. I stopped the traffic at 1k clicks.

After I've made the change on the store, I restarted the traffic using the agency account. No viable data from the agency yet as the traffic coming in is still a bit low but I'm seeing some interest building up after I've made significant changes on the site. I'm starting to see people sharing my site on their newsfeed which is great. But that was a result after I've done my own customization.

I receive the store along with the targeting and some mediocre ad image. I mean, even if you see it you'll know it's not gonna work great but I went with it anyway. Using that image the CTR were really bad (below 1%) but I fixed them using a different image and CTR went up to 6%. So you better think hard about using graphics supplied with this package. Better yet, you better think hard about getting this service.

After sales support were bad as your questions might be receiving enormous delay before an answer. There were soooo many spelling errors on the product pages that I have to go through each product and do the correction on my own as OP was not responsive after I mentioned the issue. There should be no excuse when it comes to customer service but it seems that for OP, what's done is done and bye-bye to you.

If OP is showing my site as a reference, you should be let known that I learn customization on my own and customize the site on my own and still doing it from time to time. It was totally different from what OP has supplied in this package. The one I received from OP has no design aesthetic whatsoever. It was really a rookie job done which could've be done better. I wouldn't say ugly. just meh.... done for you? yes. good for you? I don't think so... my sales data is still zero after a month running traffic and I gave up on the store and do the customization.

OP keep asking for me to leave product review last time but I just couldn't find the time but neglected to perform my request to correct the spelling mistakes. When I saw traffic coming from this forum, I had a rush feeling that I need to let others know how I feel about getting this service.

For me, this is pretty risky as you could use a lot of free and cheap tools to find products that maybe profitable. It also involve a lot of common sense for you to learn about the product selection.

Overall, I'll give 3/10 for the presales support. OP was highly responsive before handing over the store but once that was done, goodbye to you my friend. You are on your own now.

Please, do your own research before opting to use this service. You may save a lot if you do it on your own. You just have to keep going and keep tweaking until you find what works for you.Running this store is my attempt to create an income while caring for my late wife. And I thought of shutting it down after the day she died. But in the end, I keep the faith in myself and revamp the site totally and make it as a memorial and I believe after the changes I've done, the site will do better no thanks to OP.

This has to be my most expensive lesson on ecommerce and I don't intend to let others do the same mistake. I hope OP will understand and take no offence and that this is purely an honest review as this is what happen to my purchase of this service.

Firstly thanks for your honest review .

Secondly i asked you prior of starting the store, the brooklyn is one of the most converting themes out there . Every mentor uses brooklyn , even i use it on my store . I have created a store with hq images , with well laid down categories of your gadgets store . When i asked you , to check the store , you said it is good and accepted it . (as we have talked about this on skype ) If you are unhappy with the layout of the store , you have pointed it back then , i should have changed it happily , i have good stock of premium themes .
You can see other premium stores too , i have use premium themes on them .

Coming to facebook ads , i have laid down well searched videos to help you go through the whole process from fb ads to ads matrix to ads manager .
I have given you Well searched ad targets , that you can use for the purpose of engagements for your store , as u said the site is being shared the main motive is completed there .
The reason why i have pointed $5/day ads , its all about pixel data . They are not purpose of selling the product , if you have seen the $5/day ads method , you have clearly got the point . And i must assume , you have not seen it and just putting the ads targets and hoping for sale .

Also , i am not aware of that you have changed the layout , but i must say almost 90% products are the products i added are still on homepage . So , i can see they are selling .

Again , i know you have earned , as i can see it on shopify dashboard , in case u are forgotten you have sign up through me .

Coming to the support , you can come anytime on skype , i have talked to you decently and given you all the necessary things which is needed . And its your responsibility to get back to me . There are other ppl too whom i am working with. You stopped talking on skype . And if i have removed you , then you can take this on board that i am not responsive in giving solutions . You are till now , after 2 month on my skype and could have talked to me anytime and asked me straight , why this thing is happening to me , i have given you solution rite away .

Its very easy mate , to point on , on some ones work .
Rather then looking at yours , you have clearly misunderstood fb thing , how to use these targets . And i have no idea why they ban , one reason came to my mind is that you belong to Malaysia. Ad targets is not strong reason to get your account ban . Afterall its just a summed up audience , how on earth fb would ban you for that .
Its surely a payments issue .
