UDesign (Latest) (CLEAN) (Encryption REMOVED!)
I seen this shared here a couple times. One was reported and someone said all watermarked. Another shared by nyman had encrypted footer links. They're GONE now (at least from everything I can tell I have it removed!) Someone better at coding feel free to double check it... Hope you enjoy... :)
