Tips To Get Your NEW Adsense Account After Being Banned!

Is it possible to get back adsense on the same website? Since only the adsense banned and not the website.
Since so many selling their non approved adsense website because the owner name is banned. I see some domains are banned but now after years they have back the adsense. For instant this site: "adpost" was banned when they used traffic exchange on their sub-domain. Now after years they have back adsense up and running for years.

It means you can use it on a domain/website other than Google's services. If it's hosted you can only use it on YouTube and Blogger.

I feel disappointed whenever I post something and ask for results no one will post his/her results. ;( anyway these tips should work to get a brand new adsense account. Other than that you can download adsense banned ebook, it comprises supreme tips that you can apply with my tips (like cleaning cookies, changing computer name, etc)

Tips
1. You don't have to change your mac ID / mac address. There is no chance for Google to track down your mac address.

2. Caution, never open or login into any Google accounts related to your previously banned adsense account. (all related accounts like Youtube, Blogger, Google Analytics, Webmasters, Google sites.

3. Change your address. The system can be tricked.

Example:

block y3 house number 43, wall street road, building number 36

to

Y3/43 Wall street road, apartment #36

4. When they issue you a pin for you, instead of filling up your pin, just give any wrong pin, do it 2 times, and on the third time I guess they will give you an option to submit your document manually, just upload your documents which is accepted in autopilot.

5. Payee name is surely not a problem. Adsense don't ban your payee name at all.

Sorry for my fool question bro, but.. I lost my account with $ 1,700 inside there. These tips can be used to recover this account, and eventually this money?
