I selected youtube keyword
and entered main keyword
hit serch
but in output column instead of keywords it shows "error"

Incredible! My post 3 days ago about your software not being a valid Win 32 application was deleted after about 12 hours.

I got an email stating that my software was registered yet. Then I got a software update message and then both programs stopped working -- they returned an error message instead. I stated that I was using Win7.

and also when it start a notice is always pop up to restart the app.

I'm not sure why your post was deleted, i assure you i did not have anything to do with that. I am taking bug reports very seriously trying to fix them so everyone can have a great experience!

As for the email "I got an email stating that my software was registered yet." Who was this email from? As regards to Thwaites Researcher i am emailing from rob@thwaitesresearchers.com.

Could you tell me if you have admin access? Is there any firewalls that could be blocking Thwaites researcher?

When does this error happen? On login? Or one of the steps?

Hey Liltjob,

Could i ask the keywords you are using in the keyword generation. Also do you have admin access and could there be any firewalls block Thwaites Researcher?

As for the notice every startup. This suggest something is block Thwaites Researcher from doing its tasks, please make sure nothing is blocking it.
