The Next Big Rip Off.. Adrian Morrison
Would you pay $497 dollars for a plugin? I hope not

Chris Record had a webinar today promoting Adrian Morrisons latest venture and it disappoints me. Chris should be able to see a dash for quick cash, presentation. Im sure it is aimed at Newbies because a serious marketer would see how over priced this plugin is. (Even if it might be a good plugin)

His Bro was a snatch your cash and run guy too. Whats the saying? an apple doesn't fall...

All the plugin does is offer a discount for another purchase and is time sensitive. once anyone adds to a cart... now is that worth $497 Dollars? NO bloody way.

OH here is the name of the plugin Profit Pal

I cant even find you a link to go check the plugin out.. the only link he gave was a payment link and here it is...
Code:
http://vip.amsecretlink.com/profit

This is why sites like BBHF are so important!

ProfitPal actually is an upsell AFTER the customer purchases. So once the order is complete they are immediately provided with a coupon code and countdown timer to provide people a second chance to buy at a discount and with a limited time to do it in.

Getting this made yourself could be tricky. I ended up buying this plugin and it paid for itself within the first month so I dont feel bad about the purchase at all but it was a bit pricey

So true...and my bet is that these jerks will not update or support this plug in.

I never really bought wso "how to" stuff - cause I had experience in sales, advertising, marketing, graphics, and web design. BUT I did waste money on various plugins, scripts, themes....and found that many stopped working with new updates of wordpress, etc.

Amazing that the "authors" were no where to be found! Usually their old url is a 404...haha.
Better to use BBHF- I like group buys. I also like gb cause the theme companies charge so much for one theme - yet offer like 20 or 50 themes for just 50 bucks more. Many times I only want 1 or 2 themes. Love group buys

Hello....wp was started as gnu...I remember when it started - free, open source, then they started allowing "skins" to be sold - small fees. "Skins" were the original name for themes !

I think many of these slick Wso pushers don't even write the shaky code - they pay some guys on fiverr haha

Why would anyone even buy ANYTHING associated with Anthony Morrisson.

If you read his reviews, he calls people, upsells them to expensive products, does not give refunds or anything related to even being honest. How he has not landed in jail is beyond me and it it is true regarding guilt by association.

if I see you are associated with him, i wonder about your integrity. That's all Im saying.

That upsell app is gold if used properly. If you are selling 1000/day on your store and it ups your order average by 10 or 20% (which it will) you will recover the cost in less than 3 days. Value is relative, I guess. Hell, until recently, the only other app capable of this (post purchase cart upsell) was Ezra Firestone's and he not only wanted money upfront but also a % of sales to use it. Once again though, if it increases your revenue significantly, is it worth it?
