TIE.ORG Dominating Google SERPs

I used to rank for all my youtube videos in hours.

Unfortunately, in the past month, I find google is not ranking any of videos at all..

When I see the search results, I find videos upped in YouTube and backlinked from Tie.org is getting ranked above everything else.

But it's quite expensive to be a part of the TIE network. Its around $1000 per annum or month.

I also find DeviantArt links get indexed in Google faster.

Is this the new SEO trend.
