Just to inform all, the BAN issue were 100% fixed in v4.9.0. As we have attached the browser integration with bot. So now it works stable without a single issue.

Thank you for your post. Reps added as I was interested in this, but can see it is potentially problematic.

I also have a 'bee in the bonnet' about refunds as I believe they should be done quickly and respectfully. It is impossible for EVERYBODY to be happy with a purchase - and I should know as I have been selling on the Internet for 13 years and have a less than 1% refund rate. (You can't please all of the people all of the time).

Your story shows that purchasing this can be risky.
