Hey boys and girls, I wanted to clear some things up!

As you know recently Facebook made a BIG change in how they allow access to their NEW API 2.0
With that being said we had a GREAT run with SLG, and since we want to keep User Extraction ALIVE, we had to make some adjustments to our software.

Many of you are not happy with the new Chrome Extension, and blaming us for FRAUD and calling us LIARS. I personally do not appreciate this type of crap, and the BLAME you guys put on us!

For those of you that are confused, remember THIS IS BLACK HAT! These types of programs and methods will only last so long. It is not our fault and all we are doing is trying to keep the show going. As I stated before there is absolutely NO WAY to make a standalone software to work! Stop blaming us for Facebook's update!

If you don't feel that this software is for you please don't purchase it. We have over 4000 clients and everyone loves the new Chrome Extension. With that being said there is no reason for collecting LARGE amounts of users. I recommend uploading lists of 10k-30k in to your custom audience.

And for those that have supported us for this transition I greatly appreciate it. We will continue to monitor Facebook and make updates as necessary!

Hey Sasha,

Most of us understand that, and some of us don`t. I am one of those people that understand it, but still feel left out a bit (but i have to say that`s my problem, it`s the business). Because i could only use the software for a week or 2. And cannot use the software where i actually paid for. Well bummer, Facebook can be a bitch.

And then i get a new email with a working program, interest.pro. And then i can buy it again for 80 or 95 dollar. This made me kind of sad and pissed off. The interest scraper is such a small alteration is seems, that it should be an upgrade for social lead gold. But this is just my opinion.

This is not a rant at all or to put you guys down. Just a point of view from a customer :)

I bought this few day back, so far so good, manage to trace approx 5k details within 30mins time. When you for such facebook email, so how email bounce back as error, doubt there's facebook setting for that account. Anyway I am one the happies user for this extension, keep it up!!

Hey just to clarify that software is completely different then SLG, we are also working on some updates of SLG that will be coming out next week so stay tuned :)

Having been a buyer of most of the product set since ulead, I appreciate the continued development to keep SLG viable and effective. Realizing that jumping over FB TOS and Algo change obstacles is built-in PIA. I can also see that the change to a chrome extension is a long-term play to ensure SLG's continued use.

My favorite use for the previous air version was the groups and page scrape features as they operated at high speeds. Its a shame that those features are effectively gone now.

I would ask that some emphasis is put on improving the acquisition speed, because when the scraper hits a count of about 150, it really slows to a crawl. Acquiring between 2-4 new mails every 90 seconds or so. By the time the list count reaches about 400 the acquisition depth decreases to about 2-3 per 180 seconds.

FYI:I have a pretty fast inet pipe with 100Mbps upload and 75Mbps down. Images are disabled per recommended extension, and I've tried several things such as scraping UID's instead of emails as well as resizing window and other possible nuances with no change in speed over a count of 150. If there is something else I can do on my end to improve processing speed at higher scape counts please advise...

PS: It would be also be really great if you would add the ability to target groups and ages within the SLG FB graph syntax builder as well.
