How do I copy the patch over to the senuke folder? Is that the txt file? where does it go?

I'm new to this and not very technical, but much appreciate the guidance to get this going.

It's not working for me.I first run the updater application then an error came up:"Application requires you system to be updated to microsoft common language runtime version 4.0.30319.0"
