When I try to upgrade to Long Tail Platinum a message pops up saying "The email/receipt number combination you provided is not valid... Please try again". I removed the com.longtailpro.LongTailPro folder in my Roaming folder on windows 8.1 and a file called 'RO39-2M3Q', but I'm still unable to upgrade.
Please advise :) |
