Check out the stuff he teaches in the later days of his seminar about his unique method of assembling a dream team (board of advisers) in order to borrow their track record and experience to have an easier time raising capital from banks. Just beware his overall strategy of rollups is extremely risky and can cause even experienced people to go bankrupt. I suggest a much safer buying and holding or selling off after 5-7 years once debts are paid off and the value of the biz has appreciated

There is also another course I've seen for years that I always wanted to get called Tycoon Playbook by Peter Ireland
