Entrepreneurs have a problem: startups. Almost all startups either fail or never truly reach a sustainable size. Despite the popularity of entrepreneurship, we haven't engineered a better way to start. ...Until now. What if you could skip the startup phase and generate profitable revenue on day one? In Buy Then Build, acquisition entrepreneur Walker Deibel shows you how to begin with a sustainable, profitable company and grow from there. You'll learn how to:

● Buy an existing company rather than starting from scratch
● Use ownership as a path to financial independence
● Spend a fraction of the time raising capital
● Find great brokers, generate your own "deal flow," and see new listings early
● Uncover the best opportunities and biggest risks of any company
● Navigate the acquisition process
● Become a successful acquisition entrepreneur
● And more

thanks for the share
Nice one. Reps, buddy!
If you're interested in buying multiple businesses, creative financing, leveraged buyouts, creating your own acquisition team, roll ups to IPO or to selling off to strategic buyers, starting your own holding company, becoming very very very wealthy, and don't mind working hard (basically what smart people do with real estate but in the more lucrative field of business buying) then this goes well with the following premium courses:

-Carl Allen - Business Buying Accelerator 2.0 (The BEST, most complete course that I know of with all the training on knowing your numbers, spreadsheets, analysis, team building, negotiation, bolt on acquisitions, how to broker deals for others if you want etc...)
-Gordon Bizar - Bizar Financing (Creative financing to fund your deals with little to no money, also with spreadsheets)
-Art Hamel - The course that Michael Senoff has with him
-Dan Pena - All his stuff is available free off his website. Check out the stuff he teaches in the later days of his seminar about his unique method of assembling a dream team (board of advisers) in order to borrow their track record and experience to have an easier time raising capital from banks. Just beware his overall strategy of rollups is extremely risky and can cause even experienced people to go bankrupt. I suggest a much safer buying and holding or selling off after 5-7 years once debts are paid off and the value of the biz has appreciated

There is also another course I've seen for years that I always wanted to get called Tycoon Playbook by Peter Ireland
itsallmental,

Hello, my friend. I am in the process of learning to buy and sell companies and I am new to this.

I am just wandering, what is your experience in this area? Just curious. :-)
