BUT there are a LOT of people on this forum, and in this BSO forum, who don't seem to understand the difference between Blackhat methods and illegal methods.

Which is this, please?

Blackhat = breaking the terms and conditions of a website or online business potentially causing our account to be locked / banned / etc.
Illegal = breaking a nation's criminal law, potentially exposing us to governmental prosecution and fines / jail time.

BIG difference!

I do think it is important to be clear about this. For most European and US residents, and, let's say, 'western' countries, illegal is dangerous. It can mean court time and jail time. But for many other countries, these outcomes are far less likely.

So, for some of us, if we pay $$ for a strategy, thinking it's just another BH strategy, then discover it's illegal in our country, we would be stupid to try it. Therefore, the money is wasted.

If you are selling a strategy that breaks a law in one or more countries, you should be clear about that to buyers -- or at least offer a refund for anyone who realizes that is the case.

If it is a BH strategy, you should at least outline the potential repercussions of being caught -- whether it simply means being locked out of a site, an IP ban, loss of earnings / rewards, etc.

You can't just say -- hey pay me $$ and I'll make you a millionaire, like me, but everything is secret until you pay me and no returns!

And, yes, a $67 or even $97 price tab on a $100K return seems disporportionate. And a $800+ upsell seems crazy. And if I was making a legitimate, and easy, $100K with a strategy, I would absolutely NOT be selling it on a forum. Or anywhere, actually -- I would be too busy being on holiday and drinking cocktails in nice hotels everywhere... all the time...

to answer your questions ill make it simple for you to understand. it works world wide it doesnt involve with criminal activities. its just a way for you take a full advantage when using it wisely. this is a blackhat method but it will not get you in trouble or go to jail time as i have done it and not either once i have been in trouble. just gotta have faith in the system. i hope i answer your questions i just cant give any more details thats in the guide hope you understand

Ordered, as it was no REFUND Policy product, so i didn't asked for refund. Just told him that this thing is not applicable for me (the thing he talks is not applicable in Nepal where i Live).

I received his message saying it works worldwide, and he wrote his next bso he will offer me free. So i was just about to write no problem and thanks in advance for the next bso... lol he already throwed me to the Ignored list.

I agree but what if this method is not applicable to people who buy. It's not USA, AUSTRALIA, EUROPIAN Countries across the globe. There are countries where still Paypal doesn't exist to serve. Online shopping is dream.
