BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Its a scam I've purchased a couple of packages from him 6 months ago and he will string you along with promises of making $300. My accounts haven't evening made $50. Forget about refunds he has and will defaulted on thats as well. I haven't even gotten a penny back from him.

Luckily for the seller, he has 'won' my claim through PayPal, and I lose $60 and now 'own' a website that does not work and does not make any money...

Going forward, I just want to make any potential buyers aware of the fact that buying a website and related services while paying with PayPal, does not cover you under the PayPal protection scheme.

PayPal put it very nicely as to say:
After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favour at this time.
The item violates the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. It's ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection.

I would not say that the person offering the webdesign service is a scammer. But I see him as someone who doesn't give a rat's arse about good and satisfactory customer services...

So tread carefully... Your 100% money back guarantee is as secure as the writing in the sand on a stormy beach...

why are there so many unhappy customers from this BSO? is the site supplied by Dubaiarea29 really that bad or unsuccessful? if the sites aren't earning, maybe the seller should not claim you can earn "$300+ a month guaranteed" with the site. or maybe state certain conditions that have to be met to earn such an amount so that people won't have such expectations.

That's because most of the buyers has higher expectation than what the seller can deliver. The buyers expectations are based on what the seller says in the sales letter. The bottom line is the amount of money that the buyers can earn from the product. Unfortunately, the seller didn't mention about the time frame (how many months ?) and the tasks that the buyers need to do to achieve the potential earnings.
If you start with a brand new Adsense site, IMHO, you need at least 3 months to see a double digit income per month. Also, the seller will only do the SEO works on these sites for couple of months and the rest is up to you add ongoing quality contents to the site to achieve the potential earnings.
The reality is, most of the buyers are expecting to earn the potential income within a month or two without doing any work and this is just not going to happen.
Most of the potential buyers only ask for the sample of website and it just happens to be a less important part of the equation for earnings.
This problem is not unique to just this seller though, most of the sellers just can not deliver the results that what their product/service that meant to deliver and they're only telling you half of the story in their sales letter.
That's why Internet Marketing is a dangerous place for most of the people who doesn't know what they're doing.
