SEO - Scrapebox, Senuke

So here is the case:

I have a website which I am trying rank for one keyword. I bought the domain about a year ago and I started using senuke and scrapebox and all was well. I reached page 1 and I was third on the ranks after doing some work with wordpress plugin seo by yoast.
After that my website started descending and now it is nowhere to be found on google for this keyword for the past few months. I hosted it on amazon ec2 and yet no change. My website has still no PageRank by google.

1) I was told that I shouldnt use scrapebox to post massive amounts of links (my website has currently 20k of backlinks) but find manually some posts to do manual comments with high PR. But those links only offer backlinks that have as a anchor text a name. Are these worth it? How should I use scrapebox for good ranking in plain words?

2) I use Senuke once a week to produce some backlinks (in the end of the campaign there are ~100 each time). Is there a better way to use senuke?

Your mistake was not knowing SEO before you used these tools. You need an understanding before undertaking any kind of SEO.

Senuke has had its day, too many bugs, not enough control over postings and spammed sites leads to a totally worthless tool.

Scrapebox in the right hands is a great tool, unfortunately you spammed your site with worthless backlinks.

Chances are you got slapped for over anchor text optimization.

You can either work on removing the links and start doing SEO right or drop the domain and work on something else.
