Start with the Manifesto PDF that is in the root folder of the share as this lays down the groundwork. Then you can proceed to the lessons in the modules.

Some will say that this is old stuff, but the core principles are the same and when you learn this stuff and bring it into your work, it is just a matter of time before you see better results.

Just don't let it collect dust on your hard drive. Learn from it and put in into practice.
