Request for help to start an SEO business. (Real World)

This is a real request for help and it is not an affiliate trick, hidden promotion, or anything like that.

I am literally overwhelmed with so much information. and so many options, so many possible ways to take that I do not know what the first step would be.

My brain is burned from so many courses and more courses.

I'm really afraid to start because I think it would become a toothache from the first week.

I'm afraid to invest because I think my service would be a complete disaster.

Ok, I guess you guys understood the point. :-D

The thing is this ...
I want to start an SEO business and I ask you to tell me how to do it.

No video courses of 6 hours. No seminars with endless tasks. No super unique secrets that only works for the one who said them.

I know you can help me. I know very smart people in this forum and I know I'm close to achieving it but I'm not sure how to do it.


I DO NOT WANT TO BE THE NEW SEO EXPERT. I do not want to be the best in my country to ranking a website.

I just want to run the business. That's it.

I want to get there and say this.

-Hello, Mr. owner of the pizzeria, your page does not appear in Google results, I have a company that specializes in SEO for small businesses. Are you interested?

-What the hell is SEO by the way!!??

But it is true that in general, unless the owner is 20 years old, no business owner knows what these words mean.

They want to see results, and as soon as possible.

I want to offer, not a complete marketing combo (for now), just tell you:

-I charge you $ 1000 per month because you appear in some result of the first page of google, that will make you call more customers.

-1000 dollars!!?? Okay!!

Then I will go to fiverr, buy a package and KACHING !!
Money coming in.

The problem is the details.

That is, what kind of seo do you have to do when someone did nothing but pay a diabolical designer to have a website that does not work and open a Facebook account?

How do you start? Where do you start?

I repeat, I do not want to win the SEO award of the year.

I only want to charge a monthly payment for 6 months until the owner of the pizzeria stops being happy. (I think he'll still be happy if he keeps seeing his site in the results of The King Google).

90% of small businesses in my country never did SEO before.

3-How would you do on-page optimization in the event that the business does NOT have a wordpress site? Would they ask for access to the hosting? What if the owner has no idea what that is and can not give you access?
