Have you used this method with adsense? can it work or it is more towards affiliate
marketing and sales?

I have many clients who run news websites and promote them via Reddit. Reddit can provide massive traffic.

The good part is that majority of Reddit users are from the USA, which means you get the highest commissions from Adsense.
