In the video on the salespage he shows the name of the site they're using to install the SSL. It's

and you'll see a link there where you can register. I signed up but didn't submit any payment details as I would like to know more about selling the service, gathering the leads, etc before I commit to any type of payment.

According to the faq section it will work on html or wp sites. However it will ONLY work if they have cpanel so if the business owner doesn't have cpanel the app will not be able to install it.

Hoping someone can share it so we can get all the info we need.

I have to take exception to some of the replies.

Firstly I appreciate the compliment, love the phrase "prey on ignorant business owners" offering them a service isn't what I would call it.

Sure they can get it for free but then again if they educated themselves they could get virtually everything you offer for free, it's a ridiculous statement.

It's a tried and tested business model, presumably in your world all affiliate programmes would be abolished.

You've thrown this out as justification of your opinion without qualification. I fail to see what potential "blow back" you are referring to, if the customer is happy with the price, orders and gets what he wants what is the problem?

If they are well informed, don't see the relevance or won't want pay the fee they won't be ordering.

@Basil. I tend to share your sentiments about this. I think its a perfectly legit proposition to offer, but I think the problem with this lies elsewhere. This guy is using RapidSSL for his certs and google are in the throes of distrusting these SSL's along with every other one from Symantec... https://www.thesslstore.com/blog/google-...-symantec/

FREE Certificates are adequate for blogs or informational sites.

They are NOT sufficient for a real Business WebSite and Domain.

"FREE" comes with a lot of negatives as follows.

The FREE sites are non profit that depends on Donations. Will they still be their next year ?

The validity of a Free SSL Certificate is typically a shorter term (30-90 days) with no reminders. They are considered a trial that you will purchase a real SSL when they expire.
You must remember to certify again before they expire. A real hassle.

FREE certificates are easy to forge.

FREE certificates do not have the same level of acceptance as an Advanced SSL with a dedicated IP. This is because SNI is a relatively new extension and is only recently receiving widespread support across browsers and devices. Some combinations of older browsers and devices may not accept a certificate that is using SNI.

Dedicated SSL certificates are 256-bit encrypted

Any business domain and website should strongly that the use a paid certificate vs free due to the additional protections and warranties provides with a paid solution.

I have been dealing with Jack Hopman for 2 years. He is honest and responsive to help desk requests promptly.

I disagree with his overall sales model that you must pay $59 per whether or not you sell a website or not. It provides for 1 click design of 4 websites for the $59 . Beginners probably will not be able to sell 4 sites per month. He should allow for tiered membership on this site but not limit your websites sold.

His site WPGateway allows for tiered levels of hosting. This is reasonable and I am a happy customer.

I think his current SSL offer is a really his best offer. It is one touch installation of SSL Certificate. (Comodo Certificates NOT FREE). Just drive traffic and collect payment.

The website provided is very user-friendly for the designer and customer.

I will be sending out my first batch of emails this week. I will report how I do. Just PM me for my results.
I will also provide some good add-ons for this service.
