@JohnRys - Thanks for answering my request for a new upload.

This is a community and the community is only as good as the members. I know you had some issues with the upload of this file for us, so am very happy you stayed with it so this is here for all of us.

For anyone in local marketing, this book by Perry Marshall has been getting some very good reviews. Well worth the read as Perry is good at breaking things down into actionable steps you can take.

Anyone that downloads this from the link provided by JohnRys should be sending him him some reps for the efforts. We were in contact via PM and I know he had some issues getting this for all of us, so be thankful it is finally here for you to read.
