I got a VPS with nothing on it, I can test them out for you on a live server

As i said i will let you know when they are ready. We will be ready in 2-3 hours to begin tests on a live website.
What we are looking are for users to test every functionality from the website. We will also issue paypal sandbox accounts for the testers so they can use them for buying and selling.
