Folks this hands down probably one of the best courses I have ever been through. I am only half way through and I have learned so much. It brings so much of the other stuff I learned from other SEO courses together.

If you have any interest in this type of course just buy it, the roofing call alone is the worth price.

Also if anyone can share the OTO that would be awesome or I dont mind sharing the cost.

Honorable mentions: Chris Winters Pay Per Call [older than 2018, but updated 3 months ago]. His new videos in module 1 on finding a great local niche are outstanding, he completely upends all previous methods of using Google to find winner niches. Also, his add-on videos about using phone ONLY search network ADS with Adsense - instead of using regular PPC ads is unbelievably important to get a leg up in using Adwords.
2. Chad Kimball [easylocalcash] is the top non-guru when it comes to GMB 3 pack listings. He outshines all other contenders in this field, even above Brian Willi's Maps Liftoff [which I have, and is a good course].
