nobody want to say how to decrypt it or nobody wants to give decrypter tool ... at least i will decrypt files as soon as possible ...

I have a decoder that I paid for, I can try to decode it for you, without decoding the file is useless to everyone, so why not let someone else try since you don't know how to do it
