the solution is simple
1. create mega.nz account (use chrome)
2. install Mega extension for chrome (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detai...ghod?hl=fr)
3. Click in the mega link shared in this thread
4. when you are redirected to the mega page where the file is shared click in the top right "import to my cloud drive"
5. in the pop-up click "import"
6. that's it

now you have the file in your own account and have no problem of download or bandwidth.
