I've searched these records before and found family members who were due money, but not in any amount to get a $4000 finders fee. I think the most anyone was owed was about $300, it was a cousin, I sent him a message about it but I do not know if he ever claimed it. Also it had several listings for my dad, but they were for money he had claimed years ago. I did see some people who were owed tens of thousands, but I wasn't interested in anyone but family and friends, I wasn't looking to charge anyone fees, just trying to be helpful.hey moonpie I don't think its about unclaimed money. i think its something to do with property liens or tax money but have no idea. |

Checked his domains, it has something to do with tax liens I thinks. Intrigued by this would like to know more. No testimonials on WF from anyone who used this method and made money from this.

RE: [REQ] "How To Make $4,000-$8,000 "Finder's Fees" Snooping Around Public Records"
WARNING
Please read post #111 on the Warrior Forum at http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-spec...rds-3.html It appears there some major legal issues that could get you in big trouble: "WSO Warning Since the author of the WSO has not answered a couple of emails and PM of critical questions that I had about this process, I have no choice but to post here. And frankly, if I was thinking about buying this WSO for the first time, (I did purchase) I would want to read an honest review and some VERY important legal implications if you use this method. The warning is because there is A LOT of missing information in this WSO with very, very serious consequences. If I just read this WSO and did this in my state, following the methods taught in this WSO, I would be facing criminal charges with over $10,000 fines plus up to 5 years in prison. There are several other states where it is illegal to use this method taught in this WSO without making some major changes to the way things are done and/or priced. This fact was not at all clearly stated in the reports. There are also additional pieces that the author completely left out. Even if you followed everything to a "T" and did it in states where it is 100% legal, you could be wasting a ton of time and money. There is a lot more research that needs to be done. In fact, often times other people or companies have a lien against the owner of the money. Even if you found the money - THEY have to be paid first. And you are left with nothing. This entire piece was not mentioned in the report. For those who purchased this WSO, I would seriously suggest that you do some creative searches in Google about this method. You will find several forums where people are talking about and using this method. You will also need to look into your own state and also purchase additional training on how to do the proper research to learn if the money is unencumbered or encumbered (not discussed in the course at all and could easily lead to a lot of work for nothing)! Now on the flip side, is this a legit method? Yes, it is. Can you make money with it? Yes, you can. But folks, there is a lot more to learn if you want to do it right and cover your ass. Especially in today's economy and financial situations of many counties in nearly every state in the US, you can bet that if you did not follow the rules, they'll come after you faster than you hit the buy button on this WSO. I'd consider this WSO a source of information on the method, but by ALL means, not an 'end all be all' and in no way, shape, or form, something that can be followed exactly as-is. There is a lot more training involved, a lot more to learn, and sadly, I'm sure there will be a lot of folks who just jump on this method without doing the additional research and get in legal trouble. If that happens, I'm confident that the creator of this WSO can and should be held legally liable as the legal disclaimer on the first page would not have a leg to stand on in court. I truly hopes this helps some of you out there - it is my only reason writing this. At the end of the day, think of this as a 100% informational purposes high-level WSO that will require you to do more research, possibly buy a course or two (there are several of them out there, with 1-2 that are good), and of course, a WSO with zero support offered via email, even though the WSO and the actual product states there is. Hope this helps. Be careful out there guys and gals."
