Come on guys. It's illegal to spam in North America and thats exactly what this is.

It's seriously just a scraper with a huge price tag. You can get all the tools to do the same thing here and on other forums for free.

Don't be stupid :)

1. It doesn't cost 110'000$ to develop such thing

2. CPA Networks will most likely ban you if you send unsolicited emails to people, specially craigslists

3. It's not worth the price tag

4. The vendor is definitely a scammer - you CAN'T trust this guy - absolutely misleading marketing, just check out the pictures he leaked away:

a) It's not a live stream, as someone has already pointed out - I downloaded the mp4 file and skimmed through it

b) He says he made around 37k profit with CPA offers (such as iphone
email submits) and here's his proof of revenue. Seriously? Just look at
the gross sales and gross orders. If anything (or actually real), these
are high ticket purchases probably from his own "making money" training
programs.
http://i.imgur.com/cVd4U.png

c) He says he built a 30k list of job leads using the software.
Seriously, you've got to be kidding me? Just look at the list names.
These are clearly ALL lists for the Google Sniper product. The only list
not related to his own product is the one about pregnancy - Yeah, 0
emails in there.
http://i.imgur.com/TdSCA.png

d) This one's the kicker. He shows a live Clickbank account making 115k
in 2 months with the software. Unfortunately he forgot to mention these
are all sales of Google Sniper, sales made by affiliates of him. But
here comes the good part: He didn't even filter the refunds!

What to take out of this:

1. The vendor makes money selling his money making product. Period.

2. He is trying to scam you by using fake screenshots and false claims.

3. Use common sense

RE:
I was one of the unfortunates who waited online for 3 hours on opening night only to have to come back again for a replay.

mikee --- you are 100% correct.

Here is a copy of en email I sent to the heretofore "Highly respected" Mr. George Brown:

Hello George….

After waiting online for 3 hours Tuesday night and then sitting through
90 minutes of the actual presentation I must tell you I do not
believe it was a good use of my time.

And I’m not sure you did your reputation any good either.

For these reasons:

1. The end of the stream, with all the high pressure OTO tactics
that traditional gurus use, was way over the top. Red flag.

Not to mention…

2. If there were “only 50 spots available” – spots which were sold
out the first night to the select few who saw it – then what was
the point of replaying it? Or was that just another bullshit scarcity
tactic?

And finally…

3. I became quite suspicious that you only demo’d Craigslist to
the exclusion of Google, Bing and Yahoo. There is other software
on the market which does exactly what Predator does with CL
but for a lot less money.

Your suggestion that because you can quickly identify a group
of local businesses with websites that you can just “ring them up”
and get them to re-design their sites as you suggested was, to
put it charitably, a bit naïve.

Oh and by the way --- you said you were going to make money,
live online. From what I could see you didn’t make a dime – just
sent out a bunch of emails.

It seems this "revolutionary" software is nothing more than a glorified
CL email scraper -- with an invitation to be nailed as a spammer if it's
actually put to use.

Bottom line – I feel snookered – but $800 to the good.

RE:
Hi Guys,
"Predator" is basically a hyped up, expensive email harvesting program that will get anyone who tries to use it into heaps of trouble.
Here is some information (from Wikipedia) you may find interesting:

The bill permits e-mail
marketers to send unsolicited commercial e-mail as long as it adheres to 3
basic types of compliance defined in the CAN-SPAM Act: unsubscribe, content
and sending behavior compliance:

Unsubscribe compliance
  • A visible and
operable unsubscribe mechanism is present in all emails.
  • Consumer opt-out
requests are honored within 10 days.
  • Opt-out lists also
known as Suppression lists are only used for compliance
    purposes.
Content compliance
  • Accurate from lines
    (including "friendly froms")
  • Relevant subject
lines (relative to offer in body content and not deceptive)
  • A legitimate
physical address of the publisher and/or advertiser is present.
  • A label is present
    if the content is adult.
Sending behavior
compliance

CAN-SPAM
Act of 2003 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Use this software and you will get (1) your IP address banned (2) Your CPA accounts down (3) Attention from Craigs Lists attourneys (4) a visit from the Feds!

You've been warned!

Best Regards

Seriously guys don't buy this, the proof he's showing is from his google sniper account which is promoted up by tons of people. NO solid proof of the actual software.
