Go to config.ini then go to security select user and deny full control..

After doing this open Search Engine Ranker and the trial period will never expire..
What to do if the trial already expired?

Still not able to edit options even when changing the permissions back to full control while in GSA. I click on the options tab and no response and it slows down GSA but nothing happens. Other than missing the options it is working fine. Thank you!

Disable your Simple sharing option
  1. Click Start, and then click My Computer.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
  3. Click the View tab.
  4. In the Advanced Settings section, click to clear the Use simple file sharing (Recommended) check box.
  5. Click OK.
once you've done it, right click and select properties the config file you'll see the security tab
