Small businesses want NEW customers and sales each and everyday.
These newsletters are for their existing customers on their current email list...is this correct? The OTOs appear to be more valuable than the newsletters course.

My clients use them almost exclusively to get more repeat business from current clients. Small businesses almost always want more customers BUT are better served by getting more out of current clients. It's easier, more effective and less expensive than chasing new business.
