RE: [REQ] Bank $20,000 Per Month Dealing in "Agreements"
This is all brand new to me, but sounds pretty awesome.

Is this whole process/business/etc as doable as the ad copy says?

Am downloading the Jim Straw video from the first page now (repped layna - thank you!) and if anyone has any other info, opinions, or whatever, I'm interested.

And if dltbenson ends up not uploading to mega, I'm potentially interested in a GB.

RE: [REQ] Bank $20,000 Per Month Dealing in "Agreements"
@Everyone: Hello.

I think we should all give dltbenson the benefit of the doubt; if he (or she) says they will upload it to mega, let it be. I don't know how many here understand the time and effort it takes to prepare files to upload, do virus scans, etc. to share stuff on the forum according to the rules. Depending on the size of the files in this course, it could take a while to get everything up and running correctly.

So, let's be patient. If it's not up in a few days, then you can assume it won't be shared.

@noob14: Thank you for the reps and your kind comments.

From what I remember, Tyler G. Hicks and J.F. Straw were only 2 of a small number of entrepreneurs who sold "Finder's Fees" informational products. Essentially, you act as a go-between, playing match-maker in the world of commerce (but it could be applied to the world of arts or anything else with a little imagination).

Let's say you learn that ABC company is looking for 600 tons of a certain commodity and company XYZ has that commodity (in excess of that quantity) and is willing to sell. You match them together with very specific terms (in a document, no doubt) that if they actually consummate the deal, you get paid a certain amount (percentage) for brining them together.

That's it, in a nutshell. Of course, it is a lot more technical than that. So, I guess courses like the one being requested here, will go into the kinds of contracts or "agreements" you will write up; what your fees will be; what percentage of the transaction above and beyond your fees will be added to the price you get and so on.

I did not buy Tyler G. Hick's Finder's Fees course many years ago (I was intrigued by the concept but the price was too steep for me at the time). I did buy a number of T.G. Hicks' products, though. And I learned about Jim Straw much later.

So, yes, this is a viable form of business and is in practice every day. I'm sure you'll need to draft up exclusion forms so as not to divulge information to either party that will get them to do the deal without you being the middle-man (or woman), thus, losing your fee for hooking them up.

I hope this gives you a better sense of what this is about.

And let's give dltbenson a little more time ... he's probably working on it as we post.

As a fan of Jim Straw and made a few bob using his ideas. So here's a link to my Jim Straw folder on pcloud, includes Finders Fees - just to tide us over until dltbenson delivers the 'warrior' version...
