If its under 45 days when you sent him the payment, file the dispute in paypal and you will get the refund.

I personally experienced the scam of "Utilasaries", he promised the exchange of "ZipMarket" with "PHP Social Microblogging 2.5", I bought the script for him and shared with him and he never given me "ZipMarket". My friend "Scorpiolazy" is the witness of our conversation, I shared my screen with "Utilasaries" and "Scorpiolazy" on Skype when I was making the purchase. And I given "Utilasaries" the script on Skype, but "Utilasaries" is M.O.T.H.E.R.F.U.C.K.E.R. so his friend "Hariden", these people are leechers, and don't expect anything good from these "STREET DOGS"

Did you get your money back. Can you tell me exactly what steps did you take since I don't want to take any wrong step and loose money.
