Agreed ---But one of his methods has some legs - not a new technique AND its White Hat safe - but you don't have to sit through the course to see it. The Edu links. He up a Scholarship page (his was $1000 ending the end of November 2016 for a 500 word article). Run his Scholarship page though Ahrefs or Semrush to get the backlinks. Design your own Scholarship page using your SEO talents and reach out to those links. Not a new technique. But you have to stroke a check at the end.
