No - he created a page on his money site " moneysite/Scholarship" and made the content his kwd-related topic... etc

check out the backlinks on this url to find outreach contacts for similar edu backlinks….and emulate it.

The schools post the scholarship link either in a web notice on their site or the school's scholarship page. Either way, you have several Edu backlinks.

There are a few other really good techniques but I hope you like this one...and this works.
