Yes,

You need to have hosting to upload the RSS script for use, when it's uploaded you can make yourself full-text RSS feeds. In the feed you have the choice of how may items you want in the feed or if you want to remove links etc.

The automatic plugin is for a Wordpress installation to read the feed that you made with your hosted RSS reader script. With the WP Automatic plugin you have options on how you want to handle the feed.

The plugin can use 'The Best Spinner' to spin your content to avoid duplicate content issues, that's what I use.

so I have now site,, I just need to upload the rss script and then use it with any site to bring rss and then take the link of rss to automatic plugin in my wordpress and paste it there

Yup :) It's pretty light and doesn't need a database. You just upload the script to your hosting and access it by it's index page. The index page for the script will be the name of the folder you choose when you uploaded it. The install instruction that come with it are pretty easy and straight forward.

You then place the RSS feed link you want to read to the RSS reader. It will generate the full-text feed item and create another RSS feed link, which you will use in the RSS module of the automatic plugin. The RSS plugin has a lot of different modules, check out the docs.
