These accounts are pretty much WORTHLESS - Paypal ALWAYS asks for FULL identification verification WHEN money starts arriving.

It's called MONEY LAUNDERING.

And if you don't provide full ID, they simply SUSPEND your account and KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY.

Only a COMPLETE IDIOT would consider buying these accounts!

open a bso? plus paypal will ask once the number is high, and when it does, your $25 isn't worth it anymore for a refund, unless you sell with full document which I suggest you do next time you want to pitch the sales...

No, it is the same shit.
Paypal ALWAYS asks for verification papers once money starts rolling in. This is REQUIRED BY INTERNATIONAL LAW and in order not to pay multi million dollar fines paypal complies with the law and will always, ALWAYS ask for your verification. What you are confusing no verification is actually step by step verification with email, phone and card verification having to be done right away and the rest of the verification having to be done in steps. The second step is paypal locking down your account and asking you for proof of address together with social security number, then later they ask for business info and even later they audit your source of income and check what kind of method you're using to generate the cash. And then at some point they may also limit your account to talk with the people that already sent you the cash and on and on.

Source: I worked with paypal for over 10 years. You think I'm wrong and know better? Maybe, but I spent hours on the phone with them, had countless email correspondence, dealt with paypal's legal team and even dealt with individual internal department managers in several countries. So unless you know more and your dealings with paypal far surpass mine I'm telling you paypal WILL lock down these accounts and people WILL lose their money.
