Its really hard to track whether it really does increase rankings, but I certainly have observed positive increase in serps for very long tail keywords using this. Its hard to point out the direct impact on rankings. Medium competition and higher competition keywords show no effects at all though.
But the fact that Panda Browser automatically keeps running in the background with almost no intervention needed (except that i hate the "GEOIp servers are out of reach errors") is certainly a plus. Even though basic members have now 60% of their earned traffic, I would propose raising it higher to 80%. Still a good service for the almost no effort required to keep it running.

Surely I'm not the only one having a problem with this latest version. I can't even get it to run on Windows 7.

I couldnt get it to work on Vista although Net 4.5.2 is installed and it runs as admin. Launches, opens an empty screen and then freezes...

Here's my fix: If You cant get it to work then go to the dropbox download on pandabotnet and get the XP Version. I installed this one and then seet it to run in XP SP2 compatibility mode and as admin. Now it works fine except:

XP version doesnt seem to support the social and direct traffic options. Only Network Traffic Tasks. But You can probably find other bots in here to do those jobs, at least You can benefit from the crowd search which is the main reason I use it...

Maybe this helps some users who couldnt run the software at all....

The problem is that this latest version requires .Net Framework 4.5. XP does not support versions above 4.0. Even though you could run the XP version on a Vista machine it was only because that machine had .Net 4.5 installed. XP users are simply out of luck until a version is created that will run with .Net 4.0.
