Thank you but when I try to go to the page and login it just brings me to logout with this message

Have you changed the htaccess? The rewrite?

If you have it root folder / or if you have it in sub folder /folder

I guess you try to install it on home server (WAMP, XAMPP...). It was giving me the same error when I tried on wamp.
On my web server works great!

I changed the RewriteBase from / to /pm/
That is the name of the folder. It wont let me install? Do you have skype?
